DenyArsyah89 there are no menu, Phoenix APEX using cloud config system. You need to create the new config and select it as primary for apply it to application. After any changes in config to apply it in-game you need to press Customization -> Reload key button ( for default F2 ). All new configs creates with pre-default settings, so you just simple need to adapt it for your purposes. You also can use your phone for web-browser setting config or in-game overlay browser
